雖身在海外，但只要是中國人，仍然是心向著祖國。
我們渴望知道國內發生的各樣大事，冀望讀到最新的中文
雜誌及期刊，甚至想知道國內各式各樣千奇百怪的活動。
As members of overseas chinese community, we have
lots of thoughts on our home country. We'd like
to know as much as possible about everything
happened there, in the shortest period of time
and through the most economical way.
儘管透過國際網路的迅速發展，我們可以連接上國內的各
個ＷＷＷ站，但畢竟得牽就硬體設備以及空間距離的限制
，而耗費不少的時間在等待每一個畫面的出現，況且在海
外的中國人也未必人手一套可以解讀中文碼的系統。
The speedy development and acceptance of Internet
brought us the opportunity to connect to web sites
all over the world, including web sites in Taiwan.
This gave people with internet accessability a great
way to tap into your web site and learn about the
latest news and information from you web site.
The only two concerns we found were the time required
to transmit data across Pacific Ocean and the
availability of Chinese operating system for all
surfers who wants to visit your web pages. Not
everyone can afford paying for a high speed internet
connection, as well as running a copy of Chinese
Windows to read Big-5 code.

將國內的各種資訊以另一種面貌呈現在海外中國人的眼前
，同時並期望藉此能促進開拓海外的市場，打開國際的知
